The mediator will help parties identify the key issues they want to talk about, facilitate conversation to explore future options and ultimately support parties reach a mutual agreement.
Book a Free 15 minute consultation
Schedule a call at a convenient time and tell us a little more about your situation
Book a MIAM
A MIAM (Mediation Information Assessment Meeting) lasts around 60 minutes and is a chance to share the detail of your situation
Schedule Mediation
Joint mediations sessions typically run for 2 hours. This is when both parties meet with the mediator
The first step is to arrange a free 15 minute consultation where you can tell us a little bit about your situation and ask any questions. Following this, each person is required to attend a MIAM. This is a private and confidential meeting between you and the mediator. The MIAM is an opportunity to tell us more about your situation and learn about the mediation process. Once both parties have attended their MIAM, the first joint mediation session will be scheduled. This is when both parties meet with the mediatior to start join conversations about the key issues at hand.
