The lines between personal and professional lives are increasingly blurred. Conflict in the workplace is rising. Businesses are dealing with a hugely diverse range of issues.

Resolving conflict early is key. The rippling impacts of unresolved conflict are felt throughout a business. How employees feel after conflict resolution says so much about a business's culture.

Resolution that leaves parties feeling empowered and confident to move forward in the workplace is the backbone of mediation.

At Future Point Mediation we are focused on enabling parties to be their best - taking away the stress, distraction and upset of historic conflict.

Mediation is a powerful, human focused approach to help parties move past conflict.

The impartial mediator creates a confidential, safe and neutral space for parties to have those historically difficult conversations.

The structured process helps parties have constructive conversations and focus on the future. Empowering those at the heart of the conflict to find a solution and way forward.

Mediation is a collaborative process. It allows for a swift, long lasting resolution to conflict - putting you in the driving seat.

The Process

Step 1:
The referral
  • Free consultation with the referrer
